Your Flowers
We will always aim to provide you with the best quality flowers for your bouquet. This means sometimes we have to change the flowers slightly in the bouquets, to meet seasonal changes. Due to this, the flowers may vary, meaning your flowers won’t look like the photos shown.
Once your flowers leave our shop, it is your responsibility to look after them and follow the care card instructions attached to every bouquet.
If you do have a problem with your flowers please get in touch by email or over the phone, within 24 hours of getting your flowers. Please contact us with photographs which show any issues. Photos can be emailed to: hello@wildolivecleethorpes.co.uk
Delivery
We deliver in a 10 mile radius from our shop in Cleethorpes. This does not include over the water into Hull. If you are unsure, please give us a call and one of the team can help.
For same day delivery please call us on 01472 593289 or pop into the shop. Same day delivery does depend on if someone is available to deliver. The flowers will be a florist choice and delivered at a time convenient for us.
When delivering your flowers, if the recipient isn’t in, we will first look for a safe sheltered places to leave the bouquet in. If there is no safe place, they will be either left with a neighbour or brought back to the shop.
